Brian R. Foster Brian R. Foster serves as chairman, president, and CEO of First Chatham Bank; president and CEO of FCB Financial Corp.; and chairman of Quadrant Financial Corp. He joined the Memorial University Medical Center Board of Directors in 2008. Foster is chairman of the Savannah Economic Development Authority and a member of the Savannah Mayor’s Public Safety Task Force. He also serves on the boards of directors at Savannah Technical College Foundation, Union Mission, and the Georgia Economic Development Department, among others. Foster holds a degree in business administration and marketing from The University of Georgia and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers.
