Charles (Chuck) W. Neumann Charles (Chuck) W. Neumann was named interim CEO by the Memorial Health Board of Directors in April 2008. Neumann has more than three decades of experience in the healthcare industry and extensive expertise in hospital strategy assessment and development and enhancing operations and financial performance of multi-facility organizations. He also specializes in turnaround management, performance improvement, organizational redesign, operations management, and strategic planning. Neumann has worked with multiple healthcare organizations on issues such as financial recovery, improvements in quality outcomes, and physician and patient satisfaction. Since 1989, he has served as principal for the Cambridge Group, Inc. In this role, he has provided advisory, interim management, and consulting services on acquisitions, business strategies, and the organizational development of international and domestic healthcare related business initiatives.
