Treatments to Ease Pain and Reduce Stress
 FitnessOne offers a variety of massage therapy and bodywork to help reduce chronic pain, improve circulation, increase flexibility, reduce stress, promote faster healing, and improve posture. It may also improve sleep, concentration, and overall well-being.
If you are under a doctor’s care, seek medical permission before getting massage therapy or bodywork. Be sure to tell your massage therapist if you are taking any medications. To request an appointment, call 912-350-4030.

Therapeutic Massage
This therapy combines Swedish, deep tissue, and neuromuscular massage. It is beneficial for pain management and general relaxation.
30 minutes, $30 for members, $40 for non-members
60 minutes, $50 for members, $60 for non-members
90 minutes, $80 for members, $85 for non-members
Foot Massage
Soothe your feet with a hot towel treatment, peppermint essential oils, and massage.
30 minutes, $30 for members, $35 for non-members
Prenatal Massage
This nurturing full-body massage helps to ease the discomforts of pregnancy. It is offered during the second and third trimesters with physician consent.
30 minutes, $30 for members, $40 for non-members
60 minutes, $50 for members, $60 for non-members
Lymphatic Massage
This light, slow, and rhythmic treatment facilitates optimal lymphatic flow. By manually pushing the lymph tissue fluid toward the nodes, lymphatic massage assists the immune system in detoxifying the body.
45 minutes, $50
Hot Stone Massage
Warm and cold river stones and essential oils are used to enhance a full-body massage, creating a deeply grounding and relaxing experience.
75 minutes, $80
Aromatherapy Massage
This full-body massage is tailored to your needs. After an initial consultation, your therapist custom blends a massage oil just for you, choosing from a variety of quality essential oils. You will receive a small bottle of your customized oil to take home with you.
60 minutes, $55 for members, $65 for non-members
Steam Treatment
Detoxifying herbal steam is applied to the body through a special steam canopy. The temperature is raised to produce a gentle sweat. The treatment may be done alone or after a massage session.

Chair Massage
Let us bring relaxation to you. We just need a quiet corner for our massage chair. We’ll even provide the relaxing music. We can accommodate up to six people per hour (per therapist).
Prices start at $40 per hour
Inpatient Massage
Patients at Memorial University Medical Center can receive a soothing massage with the approval of their healthcare team. Please have your nurse contact us for pricing and appointment availability.
