Michael Kaigler Michael Kaigler was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2008. He is director of human resources and services for Chatham County. Kaigler has worked for the Chatham County government since 1990, serving as employee relations manager and director of public works before moving into his current role. Kaigler recently completed a seven-year term on the State Health Planning Review Board. He has served as chairman of the board of trustees of the Savannah Business Group and is past chapter president of 100 Black Men of Savannah, Inc. Kaigler has also been involved with United Way of Savannah, Senior Citizens, Inc., and Leadership Savannah. Kaigler holds a master’s degree in public administration from Savannah State College.
