Richard (Rick) Roche
Vice President, Human Resources

Rick Roche joined Memorial Health as vice president for human resources in October 2009. He has been working in hospitals and healthcare leadership for more than 20 years and has experience in everything from customer satisfaction to revenue generation and joint venture partnerships.

Throughout his career, Roche has gained extensive experience developing and implementing human resources policies and reducing turnover. He has also worked in hospital operations, communications, and compliance. Roche has an exceptional track record in improving customer satisfaction, quality, and revenue in a variety of programs and services.

Roche spent four years in the United States Navy. He earned his undergraduate degree at Xavier University in Cincinnati and his master’s degree in management at Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He is certified by the American College of Healthcare Executives and is an avid runner and triathlete.
