Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia, has partnered with a company
called Vendormate for vendor registration and screening. We believe
this partnership will protect both our organization and our business
partners as we adapt to changes in federal compliance and billing
regulations.
For your convenience, we have established this online vendor registration
and credentialing system. Each representative from your company
who sells to us should register the business and specific information
about themselves at this site. We will use this information to create
a profile and perform various financial and government background
checks. All potential and existing vendors at Memorial University Medical Center must
have a profile in our system in order to be considered for future
business.
The cost for registration, screening, and credentialing is $195
annually. This cost is per-company not per representative.
Only the first representative to register will be charged the fee.
Your company profile will be maintained for a year, after which
we welcome an updated registration. The personal information you
provide will only be used to assess your application for vendor
status. It will not be shared with any third party without your
consent.
