Memorial Health Bariatrics is pleased to offer the region's only comprehensive
multidisciplinary bariatric surgery program. Our patients receive extensive education and
ongoing psychological support before and after surgery. Our surgeon, Oliver Whipple, M.D., performs adjustable gastric band, Roux-en-Y gastric bypass, and sleeve gastrectomy procedures for weight loss.
Memorial Health Bariatrics is located on the fourth floor of the Center for Advanced
Medicine, also called the CAM Building, at 4700 Waters Avenue.
From 63rd Street and Waters Avenue
- Enter the Memorial University Medical Center campus.
- Travel east on Reuben Clark Drive past Ronald McDonald House and MUMC main entrance.
- Center for Advanced Medicine is the next door on the right. Memorial Health Bariatrics is on the 4th floor.
- Parking is available in the lot in front of the Center for Advanced Medicine.
