  • These scores are based on responses from a sample of people who received care in the emergency department at Memorial University Medical Center between January and March 2013. Patients were asked to rate the categories below using a scale of "very poor" to "very good." The scores shown reflect the percentage of patients who gave us a "very good" rating. This is also known as a "top box" score.
