Memorial Health Partners (MHP) is the managed care division of the world-class Memorial Health system in Savannah, Georgia. The MHP network offers provider coverage in southeast Georgia and South Carolina in two unique networks:

• MHP (formerly Georgia Healthcare Partnership) covering southeast Georgia and South Carolina
• MHP Select (formerly PMCO) covering Chatham County and the surrounding counties.
