(November 22, 2011) – The Breast Imaging Center within the Curtis and Elizabeth Anderson Cancer Institute (ACI) at Memorial University Medical Center has been awarded a three-year accreditation in breast magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) by the American College of Radiology (ACR).

(October 3, 2011) – 95 cyclists will participate in the Harvest of Hope Double Metric Century ride on Saturday, October 15. Riders will depart from the Curtis and Elizabeth Anderson Cancer Institute (ACI) at Memorial University Medical Center at 6:45 a.m. and should arrive at the Augusta Riverwalk around 7 p.m.

(September 13, 2011) – September is Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) month, and the Heart & Vascular Institute at Memorial University Medical Center will present a free community seminar at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, September 21.

(August 31, 2011) – September is Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) Awareness Month. The Heart & Vascular Institute at Memorial University Medical Center and Savannah Vascular and Cardiac Institute will provide free PAD screenings from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, September 13 and Tuesday, September 27 at Macy’s Court in Oglethorpe Mall.
