  • Brigdon
    Ashley Brigdon, FNP
    Ashley Brigdon is a family nurse practitioner. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Georgia Southern University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Medical College of Georgia. She has cared for adults and children in the hospital setting and worked as a school nurse in Bulloch County.

    Anisa Grantham, LPC, NCAC
    Anisa Grantham is a psychotherapist and certified addiction counselor who serves as bariatric coordinator. She works with patients before and after surgery, including those who struggle with regaining weight or extended plateaus. She provides education and counseling for food and sugar addiction and emotional eating patterns and she leads our Success Habits Workshop, Back on Track Program, and monthly support groups to help patients stay on track with their weight loss. Grantham earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and Master of Education degree in community counseling at Georgia Southern University. She underwent successful bariatric surgery in 2002 and is credentialed as a bariatric life coach.

    Hannah, Jody
    Jody Hannah, M.S., PAC
    Jody Hannah is a certified physician assistant. She works with Oliver Whipple, M.D., in all aspects of patient care, including pre-operative assessments, intra-operative surgical assisting, hospital admission care, and post-operative visits. Hannah also conducts public information seminars and patient education classes. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Aurora University in Illinois and a Master of Science -- Physician Assistant degree from South University in Savannah. Hannah is a member of the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants and does frequent volunteer work in the community.

    Amber Morrison
    Amber Morrison is a practice representative. She greets incoming patients, answers the main office phone, and checks patients in and out. Morrison also provides general information about the practice, reminds patients of upcoming appointments, schedules appointments, and helps patients stay updated through the pre-operative process.

    Chloe Paddison, RDN, L.D.

    Chloe Paddison is a registered dietitian and certified lifestyle health coach who heads up Your New Weigh to Live, Memorial Health Bariatrics’ medically supervised weight-loss program. She completed her dietetic residency in personalized nutrition and counseling at The Ohio State University. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics, with a minor in health promotion, from Appalachian State University in North Carolina.     Kristina (Tina) Steinberg, R.D.
    Tina Steinberg is a registered dietitian who earned a bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics from Georgia State University and a master's degree in education with a minor in nutrition education from the University of Georgia. Steinberg is part of a team that teaches patients new lifestyle techniques, eating habits, and behavioral strategies to ensure long-term weight-loss success. She also monitors patients’ blood work and makes dietary recommendations to avoid or correct nutritional deficiencies.

    Sharon Wakeland
    Sharon Wakeland is the surgery scheduler for Memorial Health Bariatrics. She works with patients to schedule surgery, EGD tests, and pre- and post-operative appointments.
