Melissa Decker-Crenshaw, M.D., joined Memorial Health University Physicians -- Provident OB/GYN Associates in 2005. She completed her residency at Memorial Health University Medical Center where she received the Outstanding Resident Teaching Award. Dr. Decker-Crenshaw specializes in general obstetrics and gynecology, laparoscopic and endoscopic surgery, women's health maintenance, menopausal management, and contraceptive options and management.
