The Savannah office of Memorial Health University Physicians -- Provident OB/GYN Associates is located on the fourth floor of the Provident Professional Building, which is near the main entrance of Memorial Health University Medical Center on Waters Avenue in Savannah. In addition, physicians from Provident OB/GYN practice in Effingham county.

Our office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and appointments must be scheduled in advance. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your first appointment to complete a medical history form.
