Non-Stress Tests
Non-stress tests (NSTs) take about 15 to 20 minutes and help the physician monitor the baby's well-being during the last two or three weeks of your pregnancy. A medical office assistant or nurse will place a fetal monitor on your abdomen and ask you to press a button whenever you feel your baby move.

Bio Physical Profile
This is an ultrasound test that measures your baby's movement, respiratory activity, and the amount of fluid around the baby. It is combined with the NST to help us better assess the health of the fetus.
