From I-95, traveling north or south
• Take I-95 to Exit 94, Savannah
• Turn east onto 204
• Follow 204/Abercorn to Derenne Ave. and turn east (right)
• Follow Derenne to Waters Ave. and turn north (left)
• Memorial Health is just a few blocks up on the right

From Hwy. 17, traveling east
• Follow Hwy. 17 east toward Savannah
• Take the exit for 21 south/516/Lynes Parkway
• Lynes Parkway turns into Derenne Ave. Stay on Derenne traveling east
• Turn north (left) onto Waters Ave.
• Memorial Health is just a few blocks up on the right

From Hwy. 17, traveling west
• Follow Hwy. 17 west toward Savannah
• Take the exit for Hwy. 16 west
• Take the exit for 21/south/516/Lynes Parkway
• Lynes Parkway turns into Derenne Ave. Stay on Derenne traveling east
• Turn north (left) onto Waters Ave.
• Memorial Health is just a few blocks up on the right

From Hwy. 16, traveling east
• Follow Hwy. 16 east toward Savannah
• Get onto 21 south/516/Lynes Parkway
• Lynes Parkway turns into Derenne Ave. Stay on Derenne traveling east
• Turn north (left) onto Waters Ave.
• Memorial Health is just a few blocks up on the right

From Hwy. 21, traveling south
• Follow Hwy. 21 south toward Savannah
• Stay on 21 south/Lynes Parkway until it turns into Derenne Ave.
• Turn north (left) onto Waters Ave.

From the Islands, traveling north
• Follow 80 west (Islands Expressway) toward Savannah
• Get onto Harry S. Truman Parkway going south
• Exit at the end of the Parkway and turn south (right) onto Derenne Ave.
• Turn north (right) onto Waters Ave.
