  • Family Medicine Physician Named Best of Bryan County
    Bobbie Kumar, M.D., of MHUP -- Richmond Hill Family Practice, was recently voted Best Family Physician in the Bryan County News' Bryan's Favorites 2015. Readers nominated physicians for the distinction and then voted on the finalists. Kumar will be featured in a special section in the newspaper's January 29 edition. Kumar and Kristina Johnson, M.D., care for patients of all ages at their practice, which is located at 3776 Highway 17 in Richmond Hill. They are now accepting new patients. Call 912-350-7020 to make an appointment.

    Our physicians treat a variety of illnesses and injuries and provide preventive health screenings for adults and children. We recently moved into a new building located at 3776 Highway 17 South, across from the entrance to Piercefield Forest subdivision.

    Meet Our Team


  • Kristina Johnson, M.D., grew up in Waycross, Georgia. She graduated from St. Christopher Iba Mar Diop College of Medicine in England. She then completed her family medicine residency with a focus on women’s health at Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah. She is board certified in family medicine.

    Bobbie Kumar, M.D., a native of Detroit, earned her medical degree from St. Christopher Iba Mar Diop College of Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at Memorial University Medical Center, Savannah, and a year of internal medicine residency at Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. She is board certified in family medicine.
