Our Vendor Access Management Program is not affiliated with any third-party credentialing services such as Vendormate or Reptrax. With this program, we do our own vendor registration and credentialing. To register as a vendor at MUMC, use the registration link below and complete all of the required forms. After reviewing the forms, our credentialing coordinator will email the necessary documentation to you. Please note that our vendor access office operates on an appointment-only basis.
