Seth Allen

Seth is the son of Lauren Powell. He was an ENT patient of Dr. Wayne Williams in need of a tympanostomy (ear tube surgery).

Seth Allen smiles in four pictures, wearing a children's hospital gown in the top two images, and sitting in a play car in the bottom two.

When little Seth needed a tympanostomy (ear tube surgery), his parents knew he was in great hands with the Memorial Health Meadows Hospital team. From pre-op to post-op, every person who cared for him made the experience smooth, fun, and stress-free.

“From the moment we arrived, the entire team made sure Seth was comfortable and at ease. Dr. Gibase was amazing with him — Seth lit up with a smile every time he walked into the room. Dr. Williams and his office team were just as wonderful, making the entire process feel seamless and reassuring for us as parents,” said his mom Lauren.

The surgical staff ensured Seth was well cared for before, during, and after his procedure, helping him feel safe and at ease. A special touch in PreOp — a handmade balloon elephant — brought an extra smile to his face!

“We got to walk Seth around the unit while we waited, and every single person greeted him, made him feel comfortable, and got a laugh out of him. We’re just so thankful for such a quick and fun visit. Everything ran so smoothly and seamlessly with the Meadows Team!”

We love seeing little patients like Seth feeling their best and flashing those big smiles. Thank you to the Meadows Hospital surgery & ENT teams for providing such compassionate, top-quality care!
