The goal of the HCA Hope Fund is to help HCA Healthcare employees and their immediate families who are affected by hardship. This includes disasters, extended illness or injury and other special situations. The fund provides emergency information, referrals or financial aid. HCA Healthcare employees, vendors, affiliated physicians and the general public can make tax-deductible donations to the fund.

To maintain a safe, secure and private environment for our patients, their families and friends, we ask that all agency representatives understand and follow our policies and procedures. Agency employees must complete required training and paperwork prior to their start date. In addition, an authorized representative from the employer is required to sign an attestation form for each agency employee.

Our rigorous credentialing process follows federal and state regulatory requirements, as well as accreditation standards for verifying the education, training, licensure and current competence. These standards are in place to ensure that privileges are only granted to qualified providers.

If you are a physician with privileges at Memorial Health and need to access the radiology PACS, we offer helpful resources for you, including:

• Instructions for installing and troubleshooting — This guide explains how to troubleshoot messages that may be displayed while you are installing or upgrading PACS. You will need Adobe Reader to view the guide. Your system must meet the minimum requirements listed below.
• Launch and install Memorial Radiology PACS — Please use Internet Explorer as the page will not launch correctly in other browsers. If attempting to launch PACS for the first time, you will be required to complete the installation. This is a web version that runs with compression and is not diagnostic in quality unless you turn off compression and add monitors that are 1600 x 1200 resolution.

Minimum system requirements

The minimum requirements for running Horizon Radiology Station Distributed (HRSD) are:

• 1280 x 1024 display resolution
• 2.6 GHz processor
• 5 GB RAM
• Acrobat 4.0 or higher (for viewing reports)
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher
• Microsoft Windows 7 or XP
• Pentium 4
• Single monitor (dual monitor supported)

Founded in 1733 by General James Edward Oglethorpe, Savannah, Georgia, has a fascinating history and a promising future.
