Symptoms of a sleep disorder
If you often have trouble sleeping, you’re not alone. Approximately 50 to 70 million adults in the U.S. experience chronic sleep loss due to a sleep disorder. Ask your doctor about participating in a sleep study if you have one or more warning signs, including:
- Daytime sleepiness
- Feeling tired after a full night’s sleep
- Frequently waking up throughout the night
- Insomnia
- Issues staying awake
- Loud snoring
- Restless legs
- Trouble falling or staying asleep
Sleep studies
If you experience any of the typical concerning sleep disorder symptoms, you may benefit from a sleep study at our center, which is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
From a separate room, we monitor your movements, brain activity, oxygen levels and other behaviors as you sleep in our facility overnight. The sleep study takes place in a home-like environment, ensuring that you are as comfortable as possible throughout.
